Vincent Blackwell is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over six years of professional experience in the fitness industry. Having trained clients across a diverse range of gyms and studios, Vincent brings a wealth of knowledge, adaptability, and passion to every session.
A former football player, Vincent's athletic background gives him a deep understanding of sports performance, functional movement, and injury prevention. He currently serves as Head Coach and Logistics Manager at F45, while also leading Fast Fitness Personal Training as its founder and head trainer.
Vincent's approach to fitness is inclusive and client-centered. He has extensive experience working with elderly clients, individuals recovering from injuries, and those living with disabilities — including Parkinson's disease and autism spectrum disorder. His ability to tailor programs to each individual's unique needs makes him not just a trainer, but a trusted partner in every client's wellness journey.

Emilie Rimmer is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Coach, and CPR/AED Certified fitness professional with a background as an elite competitive gymnast. Her years of high-level athletic training have given her a deep appreciation for discipline, precision, and the power of movement — values she brings to every client interaction.
Emilie specializes in pairing targeted nutrition strategies with personalized exercise programming to help clients optimize their health and achieve their lifestyle goals. She is passionate about working with individuals of all abilities, with particular expertise in supporting clients with special needs, including children and adults on the autism spectrum. Her inclusive, compassionate approach ensures that every client receives a program thoughtfully tailored to their unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
